Our mentor-ship service is tailored to each participant based on their needs and interests and delivered by highly skilled male Mentors and Case Workers who have experience and training in working with at-risk youth and vulnerable adults.
The service is provided through community access and daily living, within a safe and supportive environment. Mentors are carefully matched to participants and work together on an ongoing basis, giving a consistency of support that enables the development of meaningful and trusting relationships as we work together to reach participant goals.
Supports for accessing the community are based on the participants needs and interests and can include going to the shops or the movies, fishing, biking, sports, and attending social clubs. If a participant has a thirst for adventure, head to our adventure therapy service, where we provide outdoor adventure activities for NDIS participants.
By accessing our service, participants can experience movement towards independence and wellbeing as we work together to develop essential life and relationship building skills and engagement within the community.
